Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

Deposit and payment options
Where a deposit or part payment option is selected, this secures your installation slot and confirms your booking. The remaining balance will be due upon completion of the installation unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Deposits are deducted from the total installation cost.


Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule your installation, please contact us as soon as possible.

  • Cancellations made with sufficient notice may be rearranged without charge
  • Deposits may be retained where materials have been ordered, time has been allocated or costs have already been incurred
  • Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in additional charges

Changes to installation
If you wish to make changes to your order or installation requirements, we will do our best to accommodate these. However, changes may result in adjustments to the final price depending on the scope of work.


Non-standard installations
If, upon inspection or installation, the work required differs from the options selected at checkout, we reserve the right to revise the installation cost. Any additional charges will always be discussed and agreed before proceeding.


Refunds
As installations are a service-based product, refunds are not automatically provided once materials have been ordered or installation has been scheduled. Any refunds are issued at our discretion based on the stage of the project and costs already incurred.
